Creating a pathway for love and wellness

Welcome! I am ShaTina! I am a licensed social worker who is passionate about empowering the Black community through wellness, education, and connection. From rural roots in southwest Arkansas to my growth as a clinician, I have always had a passion for education and gerontology. I also have a newfound love for couples' therapy.

I created Humbled & Strong to support future therapists, couples, caregivers, and social work students with culturally grounded tools and real-life insight. This space reflects my journey, and it's here to uplift yours.

ShaTina Hunter, LMSW

I am currently a virtual therapist specializing in person-centered and solution-focused approaches, couples therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for individuals and families. I specialize in anxiety, stress management, ADHD, depression, adjustment disorder, relationships, and overall life exploration.

I am determined to mental health tools accessible to those unfamiliar with mental health services. I aim to create a shift in the stigma of mental health and healthy relationships in my community.
